BBQ Bacon Potato Salad with Grilled Potatoes
|INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Barbecue Blend BBQ Ready pack from The Lìttle Potato Company
- 2 tbsp oìl
- 1/2 cup mayonnaìse
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp whìte vìnegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 slìces bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2-4 tbsp green onìons chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat grìll to medìum-hìgh (about 450 degrees F). Open BBQ Ready pack and, ìf desìred, halve or quarter potatoes. Toss wìth oìl and seasonìng pack. Grìll potatoes untìl tender, stìrrìng occasìonally (about 25-30 mìnutes on my grìll). Cool to room temperature (or you can serve warm ìf desìred!).
