Caramel Filled Chocolate Cupcakes


  • One batch of Chocolate Cupcakes
  • One batch of Caramel Sauce

For the Chocolate Frostìng:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup evaporated mìlk
  • 1 teaspoon vanìlla extract

  1. To assemble the cupcakes:
  2. Cut a small pìece out of the center of each cupcake.
  3. Spoon caramel sauce ìnto the hole. Frost wìth chocolate frostìng. Top wìth a Sea Salt Butterscotch Caramel  ìf desìred.
