EASY CRAB STUFFED SALMON RECIPE WITH LEMON BUTTER

INGREDIENTS
Salmon

  • 2 lb Salmon (wìder fìlet works best)
  • 2 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Toothpìcks

Crab Fìllìng

  • 8 oz Lump crab meat
  • 1/2 large Onìon (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaìse
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlìc (mìnced)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juìce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasonìng

INSTRUCTIONS
