Keto gooey chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 tbsp. butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 oz. cocoa powder approx. 1/4 cup, unsweetened
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/16 tsp. stevia extract optional – to taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8″ springform pan.
  2. Melt the butter and set aside to cool slightly. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
