Cheesy Carrot Casserole with Bread Crumb Topping
- 1 can Carrots Libby’s
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Start making the roux.
- To make the roux you’ll heat the butter in a saucepan on medium heat and then add in the flour and form a paste/roux.
