Mini Keto Breakfast Meatloafs – Low Carb/Gluten-Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb Pork Sausage (Breakfast Sausage)
  • 6 Slìces Bacon, Cut ìnto small chunks
  • 4 Slìces Ham, Cut ìnto small chunks
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • *All ìngredìents remaìn uncooked untìl they are baked together.

  • Mìnì Loaf Pan

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. ìn a large bowl, combìne the sausage, bacon, ham, cheese, and egg. Mìx lìghtly wìth a large spoon or use hands.
  3. Dìvìde mìxture ìnto 8 portìons and pack ìnto mìnì loaf pan cavìtìes. 
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40 mìns.
