Negative Calorie Soup Recipe aka Ballerina Soup

  • One 16 ounce can of Tomato Sauce
  • One package of frozen Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Cold Pressed Olive Ol
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring your water or chicken broth to a boil and add in the tomato sauce, spinach, a few tablespoons of olive oil and your seasonings. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust seasoning
