Use two bananas for added sweetness and thickness. You can also use frozen cherries if you didn’t want to pit an entire cup of cherries or if they are not in season.
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup organic strawberries
- 8 ounces of filtered water
- Start by adding the liquid to your blender (see my blender recommendations), followed by the soft fruit. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
