Hawaiian Roll Sausage Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 roll of sausage of your choice
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped sweet peppers
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese

Method

  1. Brown the sausage and drain. Add the sausage back to the skillet and add the cream cheese. Stir until it melts. Set aside.
  2. Saute’ the chopped peppers in the butter. Add the pico and stir well. Drain. Add the pepper mixture to the sausage mixture and stir well.
