Keto Cinnamon Donuts-Low Carb with the Carrs

These look really yummy! I’m a maple donut fan, I’ll shave to figure out a sugar free substitute for maple glaze!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup full fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup baking mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup monkfruit granulated sweetener

Dip mixture:

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener

And optional:

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter (for topping to stick)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease donut pan VERY WELL!
  3. Whisk eggs, sour cream, vanilla, almond milk in lg bowl.
