Keto / Low Carb Cheesy Breadsticks

Ingredients
For the Breadsticks:

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 4½ tablespoons of butter (melted & cooled)
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1⅓ cup mozzarella cheese shredded

For the Top:

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease an 11X7 baking pan.
