Pumpkin Filling:

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin

Whipped Cream Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener, optional

Instructions
